VIGIL does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and sizing before completing your purchase.

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at VIGIL's discretion.

VIGIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.

Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation. Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information before purchasing.

Many VIGIL products are produced on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment may take up to 14 weeks (98 days) from the order date. Orders placed within this production window are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes based solely on fulfillment time.

If an order exceeds the maximum production timeframe and has not shipped, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Standard Orders

Orders typically enter processing within 24–48 hours after purchase.

In-stock items generally ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of VIGIL's control.

Made-To-Order & Pre-Order Items

Certain VIGIL products are produced on a made-to-order or pre-order basis. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.

By purchasing a made-to-order or pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that production may take anywhere from 3 to 14 weeks (21–98 days) before shipment.

Each garment enters production after your order is placed and is manufactured specifically for the drop. Production timelines may vary depending on demand, manufacturing schedules, material availability, quality control, and shipping conditions.

Orders placed within the stated production timeframe are not eligible for cancellation or refund based solely on fulfillment time. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, VIGIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery-related claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VIGIL is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Product Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and shipping fees.

Intellectual Property

All VIGIL trademarks, logos, graphics, artwork, designs, photographs, videos, and website content are the exclusive property of VIGIL and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIGIL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. VIGIL's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
